About the Journal

JAVESD: Journal of Applied Education and Skills Development is an international peer-reviewed journal published by AHF Indonesia Publishing. The journal provides a scholarly platform for researchers, educators, practitioners, policymakers, and professionals to disseminate original research, critical reviews, and innovative practices in the fields of applied education and skills development.

JAVESD focuses on the advancement of knowledge and evidence-based practices related to applied teaching and learning, skills and competency development, technical and vocational education and training (TVET), employability and career development, digital and future skills, workforce and professional development, lifelong learning, competency assessment, educational innovation, and education–industry collaboration.

The journal particularly welcomes manuscripts that bridge educational theory and practical application and demonstrate clear contributions to the development of competencies relevant to individuals, workplaces, industries, and communities. JAVESD encourages studies with methodological rigor, practical significance, and relevance beyond a narrowly localized context.

JAVESD: Journal of Applied Education and Skills Development is published three times a year, in January, May, and September, by AHF Indonesia Publishing. All submitted manuscripts undergo an editorial screening and peer-review process to ensure their academic quality, relevance, originality, and contribution to the journal’s focus and scope.
