About the Journal

AL-FATIH: Journal of Community Engagement and Social Empowerment is a peer-reviewed, open-access scholarly journal published by AHF Indonesia Publishing. The journal provides an academic platform for the publication and dissemination of high-quality scholarly works focusing on community engagement, social empowerment, and sustainable community development.

AL-FATIH: Journal of Community Engagement and Social Empowerment welcomes contributions from academics, researchers, practitioners, government agencies, non-governmental organizations, community leaders, and other stakeholders. The journal publishes articles derived from community service activities, participatory action research, community empowerment programs, social innovation, and collaborative partnerships between higher education institutions and society.

With an interdisciplinary perspective, the journal covers a broad range of community-centered issues, including social, educational, economic, cultural, environmental, health, and technological development. Particular attention is given to innovative and evidence-based approaches that strengthen community capacity, promote social inclusion, improve community well-being, and contribute to sustainable social transformation.

AL-FATIH: Journal of Community Engagement and Social Empowerment aims to strengthen the role of higher education institutions and other stakeholders in developing inclusive, participatory, sustainable, and impactful community empowerment initiatives. Through the dissemination of knowledge, experiences, innovations, and best practices, the journal seeks to encourage collaboration and contribute to the advancement of community development at local, national, and global levels.

AL-FATIH: Journal of Community Engagement and Social Empowerment is published three times a year, in April, August, and December, by AHF Indonesia Publishing.
